Hotkey Request : Change Brightness & Contrast on the fly

As stated in this topic, VLC don't offer hotkeys to adjust on the fly the brightness and contrast of a video. So actually it require 5 steps to do it, and this is frakking annoying when you are the kind of user who do it more than one time in a video, or to reset them between each video.

There is some parameters like Crop pixels, zoom, aspect ratio etc... There is probably too many hotkeys in VLC but most of them has a questionable value depending of the user. In my case, this two requested hotkeys are needed.

Even if they would not be setted by a default hotkey, it would be a good thing to add them in VLC. At least in the "Configure Hotkeys" section of the VLC preferences, and free to the user to set them or not.
