Playlist location parsing fails on Win32

As reported in: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=78140

When playlist (e.g. m3u) contain something like

Outfile.mp4
partial.flv

VLC 1.1.0 cannot parse location correctly. It causes following error

filesystem debug: opening file `\\C:\Users\R\Desktop\kana\Outfile.mp4'
filesystem error: cannot open file \\C:\Users\R\Desktop\kana\Outfile.mp4 (Invalid argument)

I would guess \ aren't needed. Tested under Win32.
