vlc 1.1 incorrect shortcut in win32 installer for VLC media player skinned

    tested against win32/trunk-20100411-0002.

    there is an incorrect shortcut set in the Target field in the win32 installer, the double qoute should not be at the end but just after vlc.exe

    "C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe -Iskins"

    should be

    "C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" -Iskins
