changing shortkeys in german interface

while running the german vlc version I switched to 'minimal view' by pressing h. after that pressing h did not switch back to normal view but changed the subtitle delay - while that function seems not to have a key in normal view. this inconsistent hotkey use is specific to the german version afaik.
