vlc.misc.should_die() crash VLC

"misc.should_die(): Returns true if the interface should quit."

I have used vlc.misc.should_die() in lua SD and it crash VLC

QObject::killTimers: timers cannot be stopped from another thread

That function was only intended to be used in VLC lua interfaces (as were a few other member functions in the vlc.misc table). I'll fix the issue.

vlc.misc is only for interfaces (fix [#3396](https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/issues/3396))

For instance, vlc.misc.should_die assumes that the object is an
interface.
