RTSP from QTSS is broken

    Some RTSP streams from QTSS send data faster then realtime. VLC plays back all this data, resulting in the stream being played way too fast. This might either be a bug in liveMedia, or perhaps QTSS needs Speed: 1.0 or something said in the RTSP headers we send back.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
