Make fullscreen controller width adjustable

As requested in: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=66787

Some people would want to adjust the width of fullscreen controller in QT4 interface. Adjusting the size would allow more precise movement of the time slider and therefore help navigation in long videos.

I agreee. It should be near 100% of the VLC window size.

Especially for feature length films this would be very desirable for more fine grained jumping to a certain scene.
