[VLC 4.x Windows on Arm] - Video hangs while we drag seek bar forward and backward multiple times

    • I am using the VLC 4.x windows on Arm version on my Snapdragon X-elite Laptop.
    • I was trying to play the video having the HEVC codec.
    • With Mutiple seek forward and backward I was seeing the video is getting stuck, App is active, but we don't see any activity for video (video seems to be freeze).
    • We have collected the VLC logs vlc_logs.txt
    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
