qml: Padding and overflow issues in header texts

In the All view of the Video tab, the header text "Videos" gets the wrong paddings when there is no video in the watch history.
On opening a playlist from the Playlists view of the Music tab, the title of the playlist overflows to the right.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
