Qt: (hotkeys): VLC doesn't support menu keys remapping

Hello! VLC has a huge disadvantage. All these (and other) menu action hotkeys cannot be reassigned.

For example, I want to assign Ctrl+S to toggle subtitles:

Pressing Ctrl+S still opens the "Stream..." dialog. Is there/will there be a way to work with the menu hotkeys? This is a huge problem for me. Thanks.

(tested on 3.0.18, 3.0.19 nightly and 4.0.0 nightly)

(I searched many times for a similar issue before writing this one and couldn't find)
