3.0.18 win64 build 379c00bd 20221230-0220 - Auto Start - Drag and Drop audio from Foobar always starts playing new track

- VLC: nightly 64bit build vlc-3.0.18-win64-379c00bd.exe (20221230-0220)
- Foobar: 1.3.20 and 2.0-beta-16
DESCRIPTION
Option "Menu: Preferences [all] > Playlist > [ ] auto start" has no effect when audio file is drag and dropped from Foobar player.
The audio file is always started after drop. Any existing play is interrupted and the new track track is started.

EXPECTED RESULTS
When files are drag and dropped to the playlist, they are simply added to the end. Nothing else changes or activates in the program.
NOTES
With the same settings, if a audio file is drag and dropped from Windows File Explorer, the track is not started (as expected) and the current play is not moved to newly added track (as expected)
Audio Files dropped from Windows Media Player are not recognized. So tested using Foobar.
