VLC can't play the ad in m3u8 hls which have multiple formats

VLC can't play the ad in m3u8 which have multiple formats, like playing aac and then ts.

For example: https://ad-hls.tunein.com/v1/master/30ead7055f8b8e1f2f04add745f139b184df6925/production/v3/newsfree/msnbcfree/master.m3u8

VLC version is 3.0.17.3. I also tested the newest git version，same result.

Associated with the issue #27441 (closed), after fixing that bug, and this issue is solved.
