Incorrect command line crash vlc

    This command line is incorrect but vlc will crash..

      Well this IS the same bug report and with same description just that you didn't fix it entirely and it still crash vlc that's why I've reopened this ticket. Tested from 6cbcfee8

      Ok, I see dst=0 is invalid for rtp that's why it crash from libstream_out_duplicate_plugin.dll.
