i18n: qt4: interface language change option is broken by 1 slot

Changing to desired language in preference (all) interface for example any language the actual is off by 1 you will ended up switching to the adjacent language in the pull down menu combobox

The values and texts list are fine (both with 39 entries) in the core. Looks like a Qt4 plugin bug.
