Sizable memory leak by repeatly Play/Stop with sharpen/ripple/wave video filter on

I'm seeing a memory leak (10M each time) when I play->stop->play->stop a local mp4 file using both the officially released VLC media player(3.0.16 & 4.0 nightly-20211125-0422) and libvlcsharp when video filter is applied. After some tries, the media player eats up to 1GB+ memory in idle state.

The video filter I've tried: ripple, sharpen, wave. And both libvlcsharp and VLC media player works fine without video filter.

The vout is dx3d11 and I'm using VLC media player on windows10.

Expected behavior:

No memory leaked.

Actual behavior:

After some tries, the media player eats up to 1GB+ memory in idle state.
