WMA Lossless file has noise at end of playback

    OS: Windows 11 (22000.co_release.210604-1628) VLC: 4.0.0 (dev-win64-03e69578) same result with 3.0.16 release as well Steps to reproduce: Play WMA Lossless audio file and either let it play to end or skip to end (same result). When playback ends, audible static noise is heard for a brief moment. Attached debug log from local playback and skip to end.wmal_noise_at_end_of_playback.log
