Audio cuts out wheen seeking MKV files muxed with MKVToolNixGUI
When seeking a file with audio muxed with MKVToolNixGUI the audio cuts out for a short time (less than a second) before resuming (sometimes it plays for only a second before one more moment of silence and then it's fine). During this time the video plays back with no problem. The happens with at least Vorbis and Opus audio. This is very strange behavior. I doubt that the official mux tool of matroska would be creating files not up to spec, but perhaps? Either way it's clearly a solvable issue, as MPV works just fine, no such weird seeking behavior on the same files. Chromium also plays these back fine (just have to rename the file to a webm) as does the gnome video player, and frankly every other player I've tried that isn't based on VLC. If you need a test file I'm happy to provide one. Otherwise just mux a seperate video and audio file with MKVToolNixGUI, it consistently creates videos that cause this issue, regardless of codec (h.264, vp9 video, and opus and vorbis audio are what I've tested)
