VLC 3.0.15 : OpenGL and D3D 9 video outputs cause video freeze (hwdec)
With any DVD or Blu-Ray disc containing a menu, except for Men In Black and Once Upon A Time in The West :
When the disc reading start with either OpenGL for windows or Direct 3D9 as video output and if the hardware decoding in enabled, the video freezes in less than one minute after the menu choice "play movie". This video freezes constists of a frame-freeze while the audio is still running. After the freeze happens, all VLC's UI buttons are ineffective.
Using D3D9 with Dxva avoid this freeze frame.
