HLS h264 video stream corrupted

the following url https://channel.streams.ovh:1936/radiomadreterra/radiomadreterra/playlist.m3u8 output corrupted video in all windows versions of VLC. (ALso VLC 4 the same result)

The same stream looks perfect in the web player at http://www.radiomadreterra.it/
