Audio Stops then Plays again

I'm playing some music videos with VLC Player and the audio just stops and then plays again in a matter of milliseconds. It is also like this when I play other videos, also, it does this in the SAME time in every video (.mp4) I play.

by the way, the video plays perfectly. It's just the audio that is the problem.
