YouTube works for some live streams and doesn't work for others

This works:

http://youtube.com/user/Bloomberg/live

But this doesn't work:

http://youtube.com/user/ABCNews/live

which version of VLC ?

Both streams work fine for me, with the latest version of the youtube.lua script. Especially for the ABC News stream, I know it has been working fine as I use it for tests.

Please share full verbose logs for the issue.

Thanks. This could be a duplicate of #24957 (closed). Does the URL fail all the time, or does it still work some of the time when trying enough?

Please also try with an up-to-date version of the youtube.lua script, either by installing the latest version from ​https://git.videolan.org/?p=vlc.git;a=blob_plain;f=share/lua/playlist/youtube.lua , following the instructions on ​https://www.latecnosfera.com/2016/10/vlc-unable-to-open-mrl.html ; or by installing a VLC 3.0 nightly build from ​https://nightlies.videolan.org/
