crash whenever clicking "Open media..." button or File->Open Disc/Network/Capture Device

I'm testing out the latest VLC nightly (vlc-4.0.0-20191106-0320-dev.dmg) for mac and noticing it crashes whenever I click the "Open media..." button or try File->Open Disc/Network/Capture Device.  It does work if I launch from the CLI, most of the time.

Very simple to reproduce: -Download and open nighly mac image -click on "Open media..." button

    macosx: fix pointer mismatch

    A instance of VLCOpenBlockDeviceDescription was casted to NSDictionary leading to a runtime exception ([#23091](https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/issues/23091)).

    This patch addresses the problem and prevents future issues by setting the class on the arrays.
