H.265 Main 10 Profile 2160p videos freeze during playblack

H.265 2160p Main 10 Profile videos when played on VLC freeze constantly, this is due to a low default cache of 300ms, the bug is fixed when altering the cache to 2000ms, tested too with 1000ms but problem remains, this problem has been there for years and I don't understand how it was never discovered and fixed.
