"--fake-file-reload" command-line argument change from INTEGER to FLOAT to enable more than 1 frame per second reload
Some users would like to have more than one reload per second of the fake-file, for example when fetching the file from an HTTP source like an IP-based camera where every fetch results in a different JPEG with the current video input.
This single change would mean a lot:
- One VLC instance could be used to fetch JPEGs from an IP-cam, then convert it to a video file and archive it on the disk, while using motion detection filters, etc.
