Previous/next media in folder

Proposal to emulate MPC-HC and various other players in regards to navigating media when no playlist has been defined. More precisely:

When pressing next AND IF the current playlist is empty or contains a single item, VLC should open and play the next valid media in the current folder, in alphabetical order.

For example, a folder containing 5 videos named V1 through V5. User opens V2 and presses next. VLC now plays V3. Pressing previous would go back to playing V2.

This is different from loading a whole directory inside VLC because it bypasses playlist settings like shuffle or loop.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
