Cursor disappears when opening a file using the 'Media' menu

VLC version: VLC media player 3.0.6 Vetinari (revision 3.0.6-0-g5803e85f)

Steps for reproducing the bug:

1. Open VLC
2. Open a file
3. Open another file using the 'Media' menu (Media > Open file)
4. Try to move the cursor, it is gone

We have to wait for the timeout and move the cursor again: if we do not move the cursor for n seconds, the cursor disappears, in this bug, the cursor is already gone, we need to wait n seconds, then the cursor is like really gone (in theory), then if we move it again, it shows up.

Not tested on another platform than ArchLinux.
