With loop mode on, playing a bad video file will spam error messages until VLC hangs.

With the loop mode on, opening a bad video file will immediately start generating error messages faster than a user can stop playback. VLC becomes unresponsive and has to be force closed.

Seen today on 3.0.5 on Windows 10, probably affects other versions.
