VLM Configuration has two blank buttons (QT4)

As pointed out in: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=51166

Tested with VLC 0.9.4 (Win32). Tools -> VLM Configuration... dialog has two buttons which don't have logos at all. Hard to figure out they should do because there aren't any tooltips in there either.
