Tight loop.

VLC will render The Ubuntu UI inoperable if told to play and loop a playlist where the files are not available (due to network disconnect etc).

MacOS is effected similarly but to a lesser degree. Windows I have not tested.

Solution is to disable Loop if < 1 file played in the playlist.

Current workaround is to ssh in and kill -9 $(pidof vlc).
