Launching via Gnome reads blu-ray disc instead of playing it

    When Gnome is configured to automatically play a blu-ray disc upon insertion, instead of playing the disc like when automatic playing of DVDs, it reads the individual files sequentially until it hits a readable file, at which point it shows a running progress bar and the playlist menu, rather than showing whatever is being played.

    I figure this is a VLC bug and not a Gnome bug, but someone's probably had this problem before (even though I did search the issues before posting) so I'm hoping this can be sent somewhere else or already has a fix.

    Let me know if there are any necessary logs.
