The text for the "resume playback" bar is not correct
VLC v3.0.3, Windows 10 64bit.
When opening a video file in VLC which has been viewed before, an option appears at the top of the window for a few seconds "Do you want to restart the playback where left off?" with a "Continue" button.
There are several issues with this text.
-
The phrase "where left off" is missing a qualifier, e.g. "where you left off" or "where previously left off" or similar.
-
"Continue" is not an appropriate response to the question posed. "OK" or "Yes" would be more appropriate. I think this is left over from a previous version of VLC where the question was "Do you want to continue ...".

Following on from #2 (closed) above, "restart" is much less apt a word than "continue". Please consider reverting the text to say "continue" rather than "restart" (in which case the button text would be appropriate too).
