libqt_plugin leak memory , vlc 4.0.0

start vlc under windows, and i see in ProcessHacker util vlc use around 75 mbytes memory, ok

set toggle to "loop one"
and put to play this link

vlc start to reconnect to it by loop, because link is dead
after 10 minutes in ProcessHacker i see vlc uses around 354 mbytes memory!
after stop reconnect to link, i see the memory not released, vlc still use it i try get memory trace by someutil and attached log
as i see all memory usage by libqt_plugin.dll module
bad news, under windows vlc build by mingw, so debug info under dwarf
windows memory tracer can't resolve a function inside dll plugin
but hope any one can check this issue under linux
