Update links to HTTPS

In menus Help - Help and Help - About, all links has HTTP prefixes (e.g. http://www.videolan.org/). Could you fix it?

Hi, I'd like to work on the issue.

My Solution:\

Change the 'http' strings to 'https' in the following.

/include/vlc_intf_strings.h /modules/gui/qt/dialogs/help.cpp
