Seeking slider not working with mouse wheel

Tested version: http://people.videolan.org/~jb/Builds/0.9.2-rc1/win32/vlc-0.9.2-rc1-win32.7z Tested on Windows XP Pro 32 bits

When playing a video if I put the mouse cursor over the progression slider and use the mouse wheel for fast seeking, I can see the slider moving but no seeking is performed, the video just keeps on playing in a normal way.

And in some cases, when trying to seek backwards with the mouse wheel it looks like the sound volume is linked to the command so I can see the slider moving backwards (with no effect on the seeking) AND the sound volume decreases at the same time.

The default keyboard shortcuts for seeking (Ctrl/Alt/Shift + Left/Right) don't work either.

Same behaviour with VLC 0.9.2 RC2.
