green line with odd number of lines video

VLC displays a green line at the bottom of videos with odd number of lines (eg. 640x365).

Affects D3D11, D3D9, DirectDraw, Windows GDI.

Hardware and software decoding? Yes, both.

The fix is ready, now we have to fix our broken regression tests.

For now don't use videos with odd heights :P
