DVD menus are not visible in VLC

Here he left a video with the problem of the menus.

Tests done with DVD in ISO and DVD disc. It seems that the first line of the menus above does not have the problem, but the others do.

I can reproduce with DVD files ripped to hard drive.

All DVD menu items function properly in all cases i.e. clicking menu items go to correct chapters. However, highlighting during mouse over events only works for the first item in each menu. All other menu items have no highlight.

Truth's problem would be the description of my problem.

I can confirm the issue on the sample from comment3. Opening the folder as a DVD has the menus working in the main/opening page. But in the chapter selection page only the first chapter is highlighted with the mouse. Going back in the first page still has the proper highlighting. And it works fine in 2.2 so this is a regression.

It works with opengl and direct3d9, so the issue is in direct3d11.
