Feature to stop screen saver when paused

I realize that this is the opposite of ticket #19463 (closed) on Windows. However, I would like to see an enhancement that allows me the option of pausing the screen saver, even when the video is paused. I understand that means adding another option (my suggestion would be with 'Disable Screensaver' under Tools->Preferences->Show Settings->All->Video).

It might have been a bug in versions prior to ver 3.0.0, but it was a 'feature' I grew to like when I need to step away from my computer for a bit and don't want the screensaver to start (I.E. the screensaver messes up an install or something).
