Re-enable Screensaver During Pause Mode

On windows 7, 3.0.0rc6 (https://nightlies.videolan.org/build/win64/vlc-3.0.0-rc6-20180110-0505/):

I go to Tools->Preferences->Show Settings->All->Video->Make sure that 'Disable Screensaver' is ticked/checked.

I play video: No screensaver interrupts my video watching -> Great!

I pause video: Screensaver is still inhibited (not being activated) -> Not good. (draws power, etc.)
