m2ts file in 7z archive, not supported on Windows

Notes:\

  • All these files work on Debian Buster.
  • If I transfer to a MKV file, the 7z archive works.

Tested with:\

  • VLC 3.0.0 / vlc-4.0.0-20180221-0508-dev-win64\
  • 7-Zip 18.01\
