Improve seek of ts file with wrong duration

Seek on such file is working fine in 2.2.8:

ts debug: Seek():i_head_pos:11570491020, i_tail_pos:13884574560
ts debug: Seek():can find a time position. i_cnt:7

In 3.0 there is no seek message because it seems that now that message is only displayed on unsuccessful seek. In this example of large TS file which is reported as over 3 hours long, but actually it's only 1:45
