3.0.0 - Broken video with some streams

Hello,

I reported this issue week ago in the VLC Android bug tracker, but problem is in the core. Branch 2.x works fine, the problem is only on the 3.x. Please see attached screenshots.

Step to reproduce:

Just play this stream type:

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
