Moving a file which is played on a loop in VLC causes an infinite error loop. The only way to close VLC is by killing the task through task manager, as the entirety of the VLC process is taking up 23%~33% of the processor notifying about the error and can't be bothered to process the ordinary way of closing it.

Maybe flag that file/stream/URL as unplayable so that next time VLC attempts to play it, if anything in the playlist is not marked unplayable, VLC attempts to play the next thing not marked as unplayable. I suggest leaving the bad file in the playlist in case the user wants to know info about it(e.g. codec info of a youtube video or just which song disappeared from the playlist).

Affects both 2.2.6 and 3.0.0-git daily build as of 2017-11-17.
