Video output should stay fullscreen

Probably a windows-only bug ... don't have anything else to verify right now ..

If you play a movie with VLC maximized (not fullscreen) and open a new movie while the first one is still playing either via menu or via drag and drop VLC reverts to normal display instead of staying maximized.

0.8.6 stayed maximized if the new movie was the same resolution as the old one, current 0.9 nightly reverts in all cases.

also if a follscreen movie ends VLC reverts to normal display but hops back to fullscreen when a new movie is opened. it does NOT hop back to maximized.

i'd say the behaviour should be the same in both cases otherwise it's confusing
