Broken FTP playback
Attempting to play files over FTP using libvlc HEAD (5922bdb3) fails. VLC correctly connects to the server but once it established the data connection in binary mode, nothing ever happens afterwards. There is 0 traffic on the open sockets and buffering never succeeds.
