Seeking in some videos with Videotoolbox slow/not working
When seeking in some videos, the last frame is shown (the one was visible before seeking) and only audio is playing for a while, until video finally resumes. This makes seeking to a specific position in the video nearly impossible.
Seeking in the specific sample works fine in Quicktime.
