3.0 regression: YUY2 chroma not rendered with OpenGL

Video camera do not show webcam stream but a green screen instread. It worked on VLC 2.2.6

OS: Archlinux x86_64 with Linux 4.12.3-zen kernel

Version: vlc-git-efab6bf4 compiled with GCC 7.1

Laptop: Asus ZenBook UX430U

Step to reproduce (on Qt interface): Media -> Open Capture Device... -> Select "Capture mode" to "Video Camera" and press "Play".

Always reproductible.
