Transcode resampling illegal access

./vlc ~/test/Inspecteur\ gadget.mp3 -I rc --sout '#transcode{acodec=alaw,samplerate=8000}:rtp{dst=239.255.1.1,port-audio=1234}' -vvv does invalid memory stuff with the blocks inside the audio_filter band resampler.
