File access error while the loop mode is on makes it impossible to stop VLC from displaying the error again

    This bug has been there ever since I'm using VLC (for a long time).

    Let's say you've open a video or a song and toggle the "loop all" or "loop one" mode, if you delete the file or if it becomes inaccessible in any way, then VLC will display an error message. The problem is, it's repeating the playlist, so if what's next on the playlist can't be found, then the errors pops up again. This doesn't leave the user anytime to disable the looping.

    VLC should let the user disable to looping or stop playing the file(s).
