disabling always fit to window, only half of the screen is updated
As seen on the attached screenshot: Once I disable "Always fit to window" while watching the attached 4K video, it will only update the top half of the player on my computer.
The lower half keeps on showing the last thing, that was in the buffer. Resizing/switching to full screen eventually makes the lower half white, because the buffer get's refreshed. Sometimes even control elements (play/pause/stop) appear on top of the white rectangle, when resizing the window.
The bug is present in the newest nightly as well as 2.2.6.
This only happens when using DirectX 3D 9 video output. It doesn't happen for DrectX 11 or Open GL.
