3.0 regression: Qt playlist ordering inconsistency
Consider the following directory:
Ludwig van Beethoven/
Ludwig van Beethoven/Concerto pour piano No.4 en sol majeur
Ludwig van Beethoven/Concerto pour piano No.4 en sol majeur/Ludwig van Beethoven - Piano Concerto No. 4 en sol majeur - 01 I. Allegro Moderato.ogg
Ludwig van Beethoven/Concerto pour piano No.4 en sol majeur/Ludwig van Beethoven - Piano Concerto No. 4 en sol majeur - 03 III. Rondo - Vivace.ogg
Ludwig van Beethoven/Concerto pour piano No.4 en sol majeur/Ludwig van Beethoven - Piano Concerto No. 4 en sol majeur - 02 II. Andante con moto.ogg
Ludwig van Beethoven/Beethoven - 9eme symphonie en D Mineur, Op.125.ogg
Ludwig van Beethoven/Concerto pour piano No.5 en fa bémol, Op.73 «Empereur»
Ludwig van Beethoven/Concerto pour piano No.5 en fa bémol, Op.73 «Empereur»/Ludwig van Beethoven - Piano Concerto No. 5 en fa bémol, Op.73 «Empereur» - 06 III. Rondo - Allegro.ogg
Ludwig van Beethoven/Concerto pour piano No.5 en fa bémol, Op.73 «Empereur»/Ludwig van Beethoven - Piano Concerto No. 5 en fa bémol, Op.73 «Empereur» - 05 II. Adagio un poco mosso.ogg
Ludwig van Beethoven/Concerto pour piano No.5 en fa bémol, Op.73 «Empereur»/Ludwig van Beethoven - Piano Concerto No. 5 en fa bémol, Op.73 «Empereur» - 04 I. Allegro.ogg
With VLC 3.0
If opened from the command line, the playlist first covers Concerto 4 entries, then Concerto 5 entries, then the sole 9th symphony.
If the same directory is opened in Qt directory open dialog, the playback order is the same. But the display order is inconsistent, with the 9th symphony between the two concertos.
With VLC 2.2
The order is different, with the symphony before the two concertos. However the display and playback orders are consistent.
